WorkCover Queensland believes customers should be able to quickly and easily access our people, make enquiries and provide feedback - both positive and negative - about our services and our web site. We are also committed to protecting user privacy. To ask a question or tell us what you think, or to read our privacy policy, choose the appropriate area below:
- General enquiries - use our general enquiries form to quickly and easily find out about a WorkCover related matter. You might want to ask a question about a WorkCover claim, find out about the definition of a ‘worker’, get information about a new or existing policy, or request forms, fact sheets, and brochures.

- Matters under review - reviews into workers compensation and related matters may be conducted allowing stakeholders to provide feedback on such matters
