Using the basic search

The basic search looks at topics or keywords attached to each piece of content on the site. Use this if you are looking for general topics and information such as “compensation” or “paying premium”. Using the basic search, only topics (keywords) are searched, not all the words in the content.

Using the search engine

To use this search engine, enter in a word or topic and click the Go button. The search engine looks for the word you entered and displays the results.

For each piece of content found, the title is displayed along with the first couple of lines so that you can tell if it's what you want. When you click on the title, you are taken directly to the page.

Results in categories

The results page also shows you how many items are in each section of the site. On the left side of the screen, click on one of the services or products to display the results from that area.

Widening your search

If you can’t find what you are looking for, try adding more words in your search. You can also try using the advanced search facility.
