Deaths highlight inherent dangers in rural sector
Recent statistics show that Queensland's rural workplaces can be particularly dangerous without adequate risk management practices in place. The January-June 2012 Notified Fatalities Report, published by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland, records six work related deaths in both the rural and construction industries over the six month period.
