Who is my contact during this process?
WorkCover will allocate your claim to an in-house solicitor, or a case manager who will work with an external solicitor, to manage the claim. In either situation, we will be your point of contact throughout the claim. We will contact you to discuss any important issues that arise during the management of the claim, including when we decide if the injured worker is entitled to receive damages and, if so, how much we believe they are entitled to receive.
