Share |

WorkCover Queensland aims to excel in workers’ compensation insurance offering a financially viable scheme while balancing the needs of injured workers and employers. We work closely with the Office of Fair and Safe Work Queensland (the Regulator), to identify fraud and prosecute alleged offenders under the prosecutions framework. Penalties can be up to $55,000 or a maximum of five years imprisonment.
