Lodge your claim online

Injured worker and employers can now lodge or report a workers’ compensation claim online, using our

online claim form.

Declaration of Wages

You can lodge your wages information from 1 July until 31 August.
You do not have to register before using this online service. You can simply log in using information provided on your Declaration of Wages form or Premium Notice.

Certificate of Currency

You can produce a Certificate of Currency.

You will only be required to supply your policy number.

Verification of Cover

You can check if any employer has a current Accident insurance policy with WorkCover Queensland through our Verification of Cover service. Enter the ABN of the employer and select the correct trading name.
