Our renewal season runs from July to September each year. If you know you will be unavailable during this time please make arrangements for your policy’s renewal during that time, or you can use our online services from anywhere in the world to renew and pay your policy.
Cancelling your policy
If you no longer employ workers in Queensland, you can cancel your policy at any time by calling 1300 362 128 with the following information:
- the date you last employed
- the amount of wages you paid in the last financial year you were employing.
Your policy does not automatically lapse if you don’t renew it.
