Premium online
Using our premium online service, employers can:
- enter wages information during assessing season in July and August only
- view premium notices
- pay premiums (via direct debit, credit card, or set up a payment plan)
- view contact details
- produce a certificate of currency (accident insurance policies only).
You do not need to register—simply log in using your policy number and reference number. These are found on your declaration of wages or premium notice. If you do not have your declaration of wages or premium notice, call us on 1300 362 128.
Employer online
Employers can access up-to-date claims information (as at previous day) and remittances using our employer online service.
To be eligible to use this service, we must have your electronic funds transfer (EFT) details on file. If you have not already provided this information to us, please talk to your relationship manager or call us on 1300 362 128 to register your details. Frequently asked questions.

Worker online
Workers can view, download or print remittance notices using our worker online service. You will also have access to change your preferences on how you wish to be notified when a new remittance notice is available.
You need to be a worker and have a claim with us to register for worker online. During registration, you'll need to provide us with your email address and electronic funds transfer details. Frequently asked questions.

Download remittance
Download a copy of your payment remittance, using your account number and reference number. These are found on the top right corner of your remittance notice or payment advice.
Verification of cover
You can check if any employer has a current Accident insurance policy with WorkCover Queensland through our verification of cover service. Enter the ABN of the employer and select the correct trading name.
