Government review of retail shop lease laws
Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Jarrod Bleijie is inviting Queenslanders to have their say on policy options for changes to the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994. A discussion paper has been released as part of the statutory review of the Act, outlining options put forward by the retail sector during consultation.
