What is WorkCover Queensland?

WorkCover Queensland is the state's primary workers' compensation insurer, helping workers and their employers navigate the claims process.

What injuries can I claim for?

You can claim for work-related injuries including physical injuries, illnesses caused by your work environment and psychological injuries that arise from your work.

If you employ workers in Queensland, and don't have a self-insurance licence, you are required by law to hold a WorkCover accident insurance policy to protect your workers.
